Innovative Engagements
Explore REACH's innovative engagement platforms, empowering Singaporeans to share their views through interactive initiatives like theatre, video competitions, and content creator collaborations.
On this page
Moving beyond traditional surveys and physical dialogues, REACH uses innovative platforms to engage Singaporeans from various walks of life. From theatre plays to video making competition to collaborations with online content creators, REACH encourages every Singaporean to share their views on national issues through fresh and interactive initiatives.
Interactive Theatre
Our first theatre engagement session, The (New) Singaporean Dream, gave participants an opportunity to share their views with the performers directly and discuss the characters' motivations as the story unfolded along issues such as marriage and parenthood, housing, and youth aspirations.

SUS Ads Video Challenge
In conjunction with the Forward Singapore (SG) citizen engagements, and in partnership with media companies mm2 and AsiaOne, REACH invited the public to create 60-second videos about
their hopes and aspirations for Singapore's future. Industry experts, who served as judges for the video challenge, also conducted workshops on film-making and scripting for video-making
enthusiasts. The award ceremony included a dialogue on the importance of the Forward SG exercise on future Singapore including the media industry.
